Pillcase is a tracking and reminder tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in Pillcase should be taken as a clinical recommendation.

Always follow the guidance of your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional — especially before starting, stopping, or changing a medication. If you believe you're having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Pillcase reminds. It does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Pillcase on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store's usage rules and these terms.

Pillcase is free to try. Unlimited medications, widgets, caregiver sharing, and full adherence stats unlock with a Pillcase subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or open Pillcase → Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged.
• Apple processes all payments. Refunds are at Apple's discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Pillcase stores your data on your device and in your own iCloud account. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and your Apple ID protected. We cannot recover lost data on your behalf — please keep iCloud backup enabled if the history matters to you.

If you share with a caregiver, you are responsible for what you share and with whom. Be thoughtful. Caregivers see only the records you have given them access to, and either side can end the share at any time. 185 Labs does not mediate disputes between account holders and the people they share with.

Please don't use Pillcase to:

• Log medications for someone who hasn't agreed to it, except as allowed under applicable law (for example, a parent managing a minor child's medications, or a legal guardian).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what the law allows.
• Circumvent subscription gating or other security controls.

Pillcase — the name, logo, typography, icon system, and the look and feel of the app and this website — is owned by 185 Labs. These terms don't grant you any rights to any of them except the licence above.

We improve Pillcase continually. We may add, change, or remove features. We may also deprecate older versions as Apple ships new OS releases. We'll do our best not to surprise you.

Pillcase is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Pillcase will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always deliver on time — notification delivery is ultimately managed by iOS and depends on system state. Do not rely on Pillcase as the sole safeguard for a medication that is time-critical or safety-critical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 185 Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or missed doses, arising out of or related to your use of Pillcase. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pillcase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You can stop using Pillcase at any time by deleting it. We can suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the app. If your subscription is active, Apple's refund policy applies.

If we update these terms, we'll change the Last updated date above. Material changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect.
