Bug reports

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and which iPhone and iOS version you're on. A screenshot or screen recording helps enormously.

Feature requests

We read every one. If your idea fits the spirit of Pillcase — calm, quiet, useful — there's a good chance it ends up on the roadmap.

Subscriptions & billing

Refunds and subscription changes are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We can help with anything the app itself is doing wrong.

Account & data

Pillcase stores your data on your device and in your iCloud account — we don't have servers to reset. We can still help you find the right toggle.
